Is the order date different from the shipping date?

The order date refers to the time when the order was placed and confirmed on the site, otherwise, the shipping date refers to the time when the goods leave our warehouse and are taken over by the courier.

How can I check the status of the shipment?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be sent a confirmation email with all the shipping details. You can check the status of the shipment directly from the courier's website, by typing your tracking code provided in the shipment confirmation email.

How can I return an item?

You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by contacting our Customer Service, providing the information relating to your order - order number and e-mail address used for the order - and the reason for your return. 

Depending on the reason for your return, Customer Service is at your disposal to clarify any doubts about the procedure to follow. 

Following the return request, you will receive a return confirmation email with the relative return number. Keep the return number, you will need to enter this number prominently in your shipment.

What if the courier doesn't find me at the delivery location?

Should you be absent from the specified place for delivery, the courier will leave a coupon in your mailbox or near your intercom; in the coupon you will be notified of the passage of the courier and you will be given the telephone number to contact to coordinate the return.

In addition, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number you indicated during the purchase, with which you will be informed about when the courier has passed and which number to call to arrange the return. The number indicated to us will only be used for delivery purposes and will not be used for commercial purposes.

If the delivery attempts fail, the goods will go into stock and you will be contacted by our customer service to provide the information necessary for the release of the stock.

Where can I ship my order?

You can send the products you wish to return in the way you prefer, using the express courier or the ordinary mail service. 

Shipping costs will be charged to us only in the event that: One or more products received by you do not comply with what you ordered. The products you receive show obvious manufacturing defects. In this case we will book a collection through our courier and the shipping costs will be borne by Giovanni Adami.
